Meet Our Staff
Pastor Kevin Albert
Kevin Albert has been the pastor of Lifeway Baptist Church since 1995. His heart to evangelize the lost and edify the saints through the teaching and preaching of God's Word can be seen and felt in each service. He and his wife Patty have been married since 1985. They are the parents of three children.
Assistant Pastor Steve Von Bokern
Steve Von Bokern came to Lifeway Baptist Church in July of 2001. He oversees the youth ministry and is in charge of the Sunday School for our young married couples. His love for people and the work of the Lord is quite obvious to all who meet him. He and his wife Melinda have been married since 1995. They are the parents of seven children.
Assistant Pastor Tony Brown
Tony Brown has been serving as the Music Director at Lifeway Baptist Church since 1993. He and his wife Angela provide a special touch to the beautiful music at Lifeway. Brother Tony is also the editor of our teen devotional "Glow in the Dark" as well as the leader of our nursing home ministry. He and Angela have been married since 1994. They are the parents of four children.
John Winders - Youth Ministries
John Winders came on board with Lifeway Baptist Church in the Spring of 2008 and is the Director of our Bus Ministry and assists with the Youth and Children's Ministries. John grew up in the youth group of Lifeway and he and Heidi truly love the Lord and are wonderful servants of the Lord. John and Heidi have two daughters.
